It's kind of funny that today's Wishcasting Wednesday question from Jamie Ridler is "What limits to you wish to set?" I haven't done Wishcasting Wednesday for the past couple of weeks because I was really run down and really busy, and I just had to set some limits on how much I was trying to cram into my days.
Actually, over the past several years I've gotten pretty good at setting limits. I limit what I say "yes" to so that I'm not giving all of my time to things people ask of me with none left over for myself. I limit things that will make me overly tired and cause health problems because I've been dealing with some fatigue and pain issues for a few years. I have learned to set limits, but now I think I might need to learn to make sure I'm not trapping myself inside those limits.
But there is one thing I still need to set limits on. I'm getting better about it, but it still needs work. I want to set limits on the time I spend on the internet. I spend too much time roaming about aimlessly. I look something up and start following links and the next thing you know it's three hours later! I need the internet for communication and community and for my class work and my coaching business. But I need to figure out a way to not get sucked in and give too much of my time to the glowing box. Not entirely sure how this needs to look, but there's the wish. That's usually a good place to get things like this started.
I'm a little late on this today, so if I don't get to everyone's posts--As you wish for yourself, so I wish for you as well!

As you wish for yourself, I wish for you also.
As you wish for yourself, I wish for you as well. You are so smart to set limits in order to take care of yourself. It really does make a difference in the way we enjoy our life.
We are on the same wave length. I feel like the internet is a big banquet and I can't stop tasting....but I know too much is not good for me. As you wish for yourself, I wish for you (and me) also.
As you wish for yourself, so I wish for you also.
(Now get off of this computer and go have some fun!) tee-hee
I agree with you - there's so much wonderfulness available to explore online it can be really challenging to avoid falling down the proverbial rabbit hole. As you wish for yourself, I wish for you as well!
Part of my wish today as well. Here's to taking back our time! As you wish for yourself, I wish for you also.
Very well said. As you wish for yourself, I wish for you as well.

As Kim wishes for herself, so I wish for her also.
I hear you loud and clear...the internet can be overwhelming and distracting and it's so necessary to set limits. I did a blog on a teleseminar about that very subject.
I hope your setting limits for yourself worked out well for you.
